Day by day I seek to promote that the well-being of people and their families is always at the center of the decisions and actions of our guild.

Over time I have understood that in order to be sustainable, the strengthening of the human essence must be a priority in labor and business strategies.

From a very young age, I observed the need to evolve the union proposal, to revive the spirit of unity and strength that distinguishes us as a working class and to reconcile the relationship between workers and employers.

Today, as leader of SNAC and Section XI, being the youngest member of the National Executive Committee of the CTM, I continue to promote that this pragmatic humanism be the guide to improve the lives of our members and their families, as well as the way to contribute to the growth and development of Mexican companies.

SNAC membership is designed to be affordable for all workers. The monthly fee is small and goes directly to providing you with legal protection, job support, training resources and many other benefits. In SNAC, the fee you pay is multiplied by 30 and your nuclear family also has access to union benefits and benefits.

An employer cannot fire a worker for the mere fact of joining a union, since it is a constitutional and labor right. SNAC membership is designed to be affordable for all workers. The monthly fee is small and is used directly to provide you with legal protection, job support and training resources.

The SNAC is the voice of the workers before the employers and fights for fair wages, dignified treatment, justice, equity and democracy.
